A1000 ELECTRONIC AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER
The A1000 ELECTRONIC AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER is designed to simultaneously fill and weigh multi-wall or plastic valve bags with a wide range of materials that can be fluidized with air pressure. Low pressure enters the pressure chamber through a disseminator and bottom air pad which fluidizes the material and pressurizes the chamber. When the bag is filled to the preset weight, the P.C. Digital controller actuates a limit switch, closing the pinch tube cut-off. The Power Bag Discharge allows the bag chair to pivot and discharge the filled bag onto a conveyor.

A700 MECHANICAL AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER
The A700 MECHANICAL AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER processes by fluidizing the product and using low air pressure to pressurize the chamber. When the bag is filled to the correct weight, the pinch tube cut-off is closed by a proximity switch activating the cut-off cylinder. The Power Bag Discharge allows the bag chair to pivot and discharge the filled bag onto a conveyor.
